Physical Data Protection

Physical data security is the critical part of any data center facility. Our facility is accessible 24/7/365 and is secured by armed officers. All personnel, visitors, customers, and technicians must pass national criminal background checks and clearance procedures to enter the facility.

Environmental Systems

Your servers will run efficiently with over 90 tons of forced hot/cold isle cooling. Our CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units are fed by forced chilled water powered by 1000 tons of redundant chillers and three cooling towers.

Power Redundancy

Powered by 16,500 volts our redundant transformers are fed by two separate power substations and backed up with two self contained generators in an N+1 configuration. With multiple entry points across all network and electrical systems our facility has been engineered to stay online even through a major outage.

Diversity

Our facility is located at the heart of downtown Jacksonville Florida as well as a number of interstate fiber routes. With this benefit our diverse network connectivity includes dual entry fiber from multiple on-site fiber vaults that provides customers with reliable connectivity.

Neutrality

We believe in keeping the net neutral and the same should apply to your connectivity. We offer a number of connectivity options such as bringing your own network connectivity, purchasing directly from one of our on-net carriers, or purchasing a reliable BGP mix of network providers from within our own network.
